How progressive is Mankato? |
|
I met a guy last evening here in Iowa who had lived in Mankato, who told me that Mankato is very progressive on LGBT issues, and on other issues as well, such as preventing/reporting sexual violence.
What do you all think?
Just curious...

Mankato and Winona are the bluest areas in MN-1, they are college towns so they are pretty open minded.
