You can't vote for Mark Dayton at the DFL Caucuses on Feb 2

Well, you can by writing in his name I guess, but Dayton has removed his name from the straw poll ballot.

I'd agree with the mnpACT person below that this is a mistake. Dayton was one of my limited possibilities, but at the caucuses I'll vote for someone listed on the ballot.
