4. Just peachy - only 17 more days of school - LOL
I have been staying very busy with our peace group. We are planning a Mother's Day vigil which is looking good so far.

And I am working on a couple campaigns. One is the guy running for KS House in my area. The other is a member of our school board running for state senate in MO. I am looking forward to those. So it should be a busy summer.

Going back to Crawford in August. Still working on gathering a group from here to go.

How's life in your neck of the woods?

26. There are only two that I know of that post at all from the 'Burg.
Myself and naturalselection.

I do know of over 100 people from this town that lurk here on a regular basis and it's not to glean info for the Freepers. They like what they've read but are afraid to post.

I even know of five people who identify themselves as being conservative whom regularly ask me what is being posting in Environment/Energy forum because they are interested in that area (they have stated that they want ideas of how to conserve and eventually live off the grid). The tide might be turning but not completely liberal by any means.

Are you in the 'Burg? Just wondering if I can add you to my list of who to meet around here!

29. Ah.. I haven't been to high school since the early 70s!
The only team I remember, (I was not big into sports) was Helias (Jeff City), they were our big "enemy" in football because we could never beat them!

30. Helias was always our enemy.
Since they were private they could recruit the best in the area. And they had the best equipment.

They might have beat us in cross country and track, tied neck and neck in football and wrestling, but they never did in basketball. And I personally made one of their debaters cry midtournament.
