Only KCMO Schools would make a stoopid decision about school closings
We go in 2 hours late. WTF is the point? The buses will slide all over the ice just as bad at 9am as they would at 7. Sheesh

2. I think those schools are in Raytown
They aren't in KCMO.

4. Still too cold for ice to melt on streets
Buses slid all over and didn't even bother to make stops on hilly streets. The side streets are still a mess. And attendance was horrible. Parents called and said they could not get off of work to bring their kids at 10 and then turn around and pick them up again at 3.

Dumb idea.

9. Probably because so they'd have an extra day for test prep
They'd have to make up the snow day at end of the year (after the test)
