Portsmouth – A Portsmouth Hospital nurse could face up to four years in jail for trying to get her ex-boyfriend committed.

Portsmouth police Capt. Janet Champlin said Julia Lynch, 30, of Rollinsford, was arrested Wednesday on charges she swore out a false complaint to involuntarily admit her ex-boyfriend for psychological treatment because he was a danger to himself and society.

5. She's done it before!!
It was the second time in six months Lynch had filed paperwork to get a former boyfriend committed. In both cases, she obtained the paperwork through the Portsmouth Hospital, where she worked as an emergency room nurse.
