Help! I heard a quote on NPR and I can't find it online!

On NPR this morning, Mr K says he heard "a female New Hampshire legislator" say something about how security is more important than jobs and health care, because if you're blown up, who needs a job? It was a story about "security moms," the voter bloc du jour. He thinks it was someone in a leadership position, which makes me wonder if it was Francoeur, but I can't find anything on google. Anyone in NH know where I should look? Thanks.

Donna Sytek, former Speaker of the House in New Hampshire, "It doesn't matter if you have healthcare if you aren't going to be safe in your home. Minimum wage doesn't matter if you don't have a job to go to because, you know, terrorists have blown up the building."

Unsurprisingly, a conservative Republican. Most likely just repeating the Rovian meme, trying to instantiate fear in women voters. It's their version of Cheney's "if you vote for John Kerry, something bad will happen."

I transcribed that from the Morning Edition clip.

Morning Edition may have a transcript later on but I don't think they do that.

It's prefectly acceptable to quote people like this...
