Bret Schundler campaign signs and accidents on Rt. 24--coincidence?

Isn't that "reFORm" bit just the cutest thing? It's on a bunch of campaign signs lined up along Route 24 between Morris and Essex counties. I think they've been the cause of the three accidents I've seen there in the past two weeks. I don't know what makes me laugh most--the word play, the idea of electing a Repub on "reform" these days, or the thought of a putz like Schundler back in office--but the signs definitely make me laugh so hard I can barely keep MY car on the road!

1. I love watching those two losers Schundler and Forrester.....

..duke it out with each other. Both are losers in the literal sense. Both have already run for larger, statewide and national offices and lose. Forrester several times over. You'd think he'd get the hint.

The article in the star ledger yesterday about how the two of them got into a shouting match in the middle of a street and a memorial day parade had to be delayed because of it made me laugh out loud.

2. He was mayor when I lived in Jersey City

Or should I say, the mayor of DOWNTOWN Jersey City near the Holland Tunnel, where the light rail and all the office buildings went up. The rest of the city was left to rot, and he finally got caught up in financial chicanery.

3. There are TONS

of Schundler signs along Route 22 also. My husband and I were thinking of making a bunch of letter D stickers and changing the signs to DEFORM! :P
