Birthdate Check on Voters in NJ?

I've lived in NJ since January 1991, and been registered to vote at the same address in Morris County all of that time.

Last week I received a letter from Trenton indicating that my birth date was not on file with my voter registration. This would not prevent me from voting, but as my record was "incomplete", would I please complete the form and mail it back?

Has anyone else gotten this?

1. It sounds like a scam to me.

Is the return address a CN or PO Box number in Trenton? If so, which one?

Call your county registrar to check on this. Birthdates are required when you register; otherwise, they don't know you're over 18!

Odds are if you are registered and there's something missing from your forms, they'll be able to help you.

5. My husband and I got the same thing - also Morris County

I've voted in NJ since 1972, my husband since 1984.

She's a registered Republican, but hates Bushco as much as most of us here.

7. Well there's a relief; that Republicans are getting this as well.

I'm still amazed that D.O.B. was missing from the voter registrations. Seems terribly odd. Maybe they had a database crash. :shrug:
