Coming from St Louis and I want to find some REAL
bagels....I've had H&H bagels and they are good and hope to find a place to buy some to take home....

suggestions on sources of GOOD Jewish soul food that I cannot find in St Louis!!!

1. Murray's bagels
are the best.........6th ave and 12th street.
there's another location in Chelsea too.....

Also, ess-a-bagel...these are huge.
there's one in midtown and one further downtown, east.

on 51st and 3rd is awesome! Bagels so good that they make NY street vendor bagels inedible by comparison. (And NY street vendor bagels are so good that they make bagels anywhere else seem inedible by comparison.)
