I've just moved back to the NYC area and need a place to board my cats until I find an apt. Can anyone recommend a kennel for a cat for a few days? Thanks.

I am happy to announce that I found a sublet. :bounce: That means that I don't have to look for a place to board the cats until I found a place. I am now a New Yorker, again. :woohoo:

If you are in Brooklyn, I can recommend AnimalKind in Park Slope. If you're in Queens, Astoria Veterinary Group on Steinway (Dr. Smith is the best) or Dr Biederman at Petcare in Flushing are two good options. We moved from Brooklyn to Queens and it took us a while to find a good vet. For emergency care, NYC Animal Specialists on West 55th Street is wonderful. It's less crowded than Animal Medical Center, but it's not cheap.
