and according to the NY times map, it's not called yet.

four states, Montana Missouri Indiana and North Carolina. still not called :(

13. expect a ruling or final tally whatever
by the 25th Nov.

just heard on the evening news. But they also pointed out provisionals normally trend w/ the general tallies, and don't change outcomes. Repugs have no plans to challenge outcome.

so, NC will most likely be BLUE. eventually.
