and according to the NY times map, it's not called yet. http://elections.nytimes.com/2008/results/president/map.htmlfour states, Montana Missouri Indiana and North Carolina. still not called :(

just heard on the evening news. But they also pointed out provisionals normally trend w/ the general tallies, and don't change outcomes. Repugs have no plans to challenge outcome.
so, NC will most likely be BLUE. eventually.
