When a couple of Sundays ago the chair of this year's membership drive for the church volunteer committee got up to promote the volunteerism fair, and told us his name was Roy Cooper. As soon as I heard the name with the voice, I knew it was the same guy.
I tried to track him down afterwards and thank him for his work to drive payday lenders out of the state and other scamsters, but he was nowhere to be found. Hope to catch up with him one of these days.

......does a "payday lender" do that is inconsistent with the rights of individuals to make contracts with one another?

....it appears that the gas in that tank was on consignment, and that the distributor does, indeed, own the pumps themselves.
