1. Needs editing
Great footage, but entirely too long for the airwaves. They could clip everything down to the key introductions and probably have enough for a damning 10 or 15 second spot.

2. Not a commercial
The clip was not intended to be a commercial, but a web-only look at the connections of Noe (who is going on trial tomorrow) and the cast of corrupt characters we currently call our leadership here in Ohio. I'll agree it could be edited down to a pretty killer spot, though.

3. It looks like judgeships are for sale - Why shouldn't Noe be recognized.
Read the article "Will the Mahoning Valley ever shed its bad image?" in the Vindy.com Opinion section.

"In 2002, for instance, the Ohio Supreme Court reprimanded a lower-court judge for accepting football tickets from Stuart Banks a lawyer who had appeared before the judge. Yet three of the justices who issued the reprimand had accepted at least $1,000 each in in contributions from Mr. Banks in the previous ten years.

And who is Stuart Banks?

He is the former Canfield resident who turned in his law license after pleading guilty in October 1999 to racketeering conspiracy. He admitted to bribing former county Prosecutor James A Philomena, and former judges Fred Bailey, Martin Emrich and Andrew Polovischak Jr.

And from a New Yorks Times article "Campaign Cash Mirrors a High Court's Rulings"
"An examination..found that its justices routinely sat on cases after receiving campaign contributions from the parties involved or from groups that filed supporting briefs. On average, they voted in favor of contributors 70 percent of the time. Justice O'Donnell voted for his contributors 91 percednt of the time, the highest rate of any justice on the court.".
