What is the matter with the Ohio Dems ? |
|
jeezle petes.
I get emails from all over asking voters to support local candidates. Frequently, these candidates don't have a website, they almost always cannot receive online donations.
Until recently, many of these candidates only had @AOL.COM email addresses, a clear sign of lack of technological sophistication, and perhaps even a lack of understanding of current technology.
I cannot understand why the Ohio Dems don't see that in order to win at all levels, they needed to contract with some IT company pay them a few bucks and have them orchestrate an 88 county strategy where EVERY D candidate has a website and is trained in the technology tools of today.
Didn't Obama's campaign teach anyone anything ?

i have so many stories I can tell from actual campaigns I've worked on and/or their opponents.
You're right; it makes no sense.

I'm noticing the Democratic candidates have websites ... all the judges, the county engineer candidate, etc. It seems we need to get our act together statewide or we will still have the legislature that won't legislate.
