1. During the 2004 Kerry-Edwards campaign in Ohio
we registered convicted felons -- who had served time and paid their debt and were out of prison.

2. Seems to me that Ken Blackwell was largely responsible for spreading that lie.
That was one of the biggest sources of confusion back in 2004 -- the rumor that if you were a convicted felon, you could not vote.
