I am sending out an SOS for Columbus Ohio! I need some help!

Long story short, I have a friend who it appears is now living in a homeless shelter. She does not have a cell phone. I have done a search for shelters, and have already called them.

Should I call the city tomorrow for more shelter numbers? I am desperate and po'd that she didn't call me sooner. She emailed from a library this pm, which is how I found out. She has not returned an email as of yet.
