Dan Boren out of touch

It is sad that our only democratic US congress member is just a republican claiming to be a democrat. He seemed reluctant to vote for Nancy Pelosi as speaker of the house. Are we really being represented in DC or are we just towing the republican party line with Dan Boren. He even claims he is conservative. I hope the day comes when we can vote a true democrat to represent us in DC.

1. Dude, get over it cause it ain't happening,

Oklahoma is a conservative state that is runned by conservative views. Conservative Democrats are the majority of what makes up the party there and there the only type of D that gets elected in that state. How many times might I say this there are just some parts of this country that won't elect Russ Feingold type Democrats, it just won't happen.

And as for Boren, I like him he's a good Democrat thats good for his district. Remember all politics are local and Boren is only there to please his district, not the whole Democratic base.

I can't see (and wouldn't want to see) someone like Dennis Kucinich winning anything in Oklahoma.
