· Friday, October 29th
1. Tulsa County Election Board Volunteers : Friday(29th), Saturday(30th) and Monday(1st): 8-6pm. We need 2-3 people working in shifts to stand outside the Tulsa County Election Board at 555 North Denver Ave in Doug Dodd T-shirts, waving and smiling to drivers and people showing up to vote early. If you do not have a Doug Dodd t-shirt just let us know and we will provide one for you.
2. Drivers Take people to Tulsa County Election Board to Vote.

· Saturday October 30th
1. Literature Distribution in Tulsa Neighborhoods –9 AM
2. Drivers Take people to Tulsa County Election Board to Vote.
3. Boo Ha Ha Parade – 3-5 pm down Brookside. Join us for some fun in a parade walk down Brookside! We have a float to ride on for the young and “not-so-young”, so come one come all! Staging will occur right on Peoria between I-44 and 49th. We are Green #41 in the parade lineup. We enter off the I-44 exit road into the shopping center. Our staging(arrival) time is 2:00 pm until 2:15 PM. We are requested to carpool, as parking is very limited. No one will be allowed to drive through the staging area. DO NOT meet at the shopping center. All entrants must enter from the East or the South.
4. Tulsa County Election Board Volunteers : Friday(29th), Saturday(30th) and Monday(1st): 8-1pm We need 2-3 people working in shifts to stand outside the Tulsa County Election Board at 555 North Denver Ave in Doug Dodd T-shirts, waving and smiling to drivers and people showing up to vote early. If you do not have a Doug Dodd t-shirt just let us know and we will provide one for you.

· Sunday October 31st
1. Literature Distribution in Tulsa Neighborhoods- 9AM and 1 PM. HIGH PRIORITY!!


· Monday, November 1st:
1. Phone Banks at Doug Dodd Headquarters
2. Drivers Take people to Tulsa County Election Board to Vote
3. Tulsa County Election Board Volunteers : Friday(29th), Saturday(30th) and Monday(1st): 8-6 pm. We need 2-3 people working in shifts to stand outside the Tulsa County Election Board at 555 North Denver Ave in Doug Dodd T-shirts, waving and smiling to drivers and people showing up to vote early. · Tuesday, November 2nd: ELECTION DAY
1. Drivers Take people to their polling locations to vote.
2. Poll Tab Get a vote count at your polling place at the time you go to vote. This number can be obtained simply by reading your ballot or the count displayed on the front of the voting machine as you cast your ballot. Then call Doug Dodd Headquarters at 742-3633 to report the count. Ideally we would like people to report at or around the following times:

10:00 am, 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

3. Poll Watch: To be a poll watcher in Tulsa County you must show up just before their polling location opens (6:30 am) and after they close (7 pm) and observe setup and break down of voting machines. We must register all volunteers with the election board by Wednesday Oct 27th so please let us know if you would like to help!
4. Sign Blitz! People needed to put out several(5-10) Doug Dodd signs at their polling location early Tuesday morning. Signs available for pick up at any time at Doug Dodd Headquarters, located at 1646 S Boulder.

· Phone Banking! : Each night this week (Oct 25th-29th) from 5:30 to around 8:00 at Doug Dodd Headquarters, located at 1646 S. Boulder. Come on down and be among friends!
