Of course we haven't heard the last word on this either...the R/W, "Wise Use" & "Property Rights" crowd will be foaming at the mouth screaming bloody murder over the "activist" judge in this case. Next time this comes up for a vote, and it will, we need to do a better job at reminding Oregonians that this is just a ploy to open the floodgates to unrestricted, California-style development.

...important correction alone. I hope some of the waivers granted are rescinded and the next time one of these horrible monsters enriching a few on the backs of all taxpayers if government pays the blackmail comes up for a vote in a ballot measure there is enough opposition to stop it.
