Has anyone heard about a food-borne illness outbreak in

Memphis? My sister (who lives in Wisconsin) ate seafood there about a week ago and ended up in intensive care. (She is okay now.)

I haven't heard of anything. Where did she eat, do you know? Is she sure it was the seafood? What type of food borne illness was it? Sorry for all the questions. I got food poisoning from a salad or pizza about a year ago and felt so sick. Fortunately I was able to ride it out at home.

Anyway, sorry her visit to Memphis ended that way.

2. Probably oysters. She is too old to be eating them. I don't know

the name of the restaurant. When I spoke to her last they were still doing tests. Sorry to be so slow in responding.

4. Oysters only in months with "R" in them. May and June don't have an "R"
