1. Contact the Loudoun County Dem Committee
They'll know for sure. I've heard of it but it's out of my area. I'm sure the Socas campaign may know too since the 10th CD covers parts of Loudoun also.

I'm sure the Loudoun Dems have a website, don't know it, but the Va Dem website should have a link, and maybe some info too.
