for anyone who lives near the AMC Hampton Towncentre 24 in Hampton, starting today they're showing Going Upriver: The Long War of John Kerry.

I saw it tonight (in Northern KY). It was great and hopefully will pick up a bit of traction. I had already moved from ABB to pro-Kerry but this really solidifies what a great president he'll be.

2. Vinegar Hill in Charlottesville also

For at least a week. Schedule at http://www.vinegarhilltheatre.com/ .

We attended the opening showing at 7. Smallish audience, but there was little advance publicity. 9 o'clock crowd looked like it was going to be bigger, and the local Dems campaign had a table up outside for the showing.

Probably not a movie to win the hearts and minds of swing voters, but definitely a movie to see for those of us who supported someone else in the primary and have had to be won over by our own candidate.
