OK Guys we are down but we arent out |
|
We need to get started on the House of Delegates and Senate in our state right now. We also need to start thinking about Tim Kaine's run for governor right now, we may not have clear nominees but there are things we can start doing now! Hell if any of you have a Republican Delegate or Senator think about making a run against them yourself. If that doesn't suit you at the very least we can at least start the attack on them now, write letters to your local papers. We need to start our march toward a democratic majority in the state house and a blue VA today!

1. Apparently some people still don't get it. |

We have no choice but revolution...The system doesn't work anymore. Give it up.
They have COMPLETE CONTROL over who gets elected. They have to be dragged out or your efforts are useless.

Damn I'm tired of these attitudes maybe I should give you more time to mourn but I think its time to start a real revolution and i dont mean bullets and weapons I mean the use of common sense and intellct!

4. We're already on the case. |

My Dem committee started a tradition last year of meeting for lunch the day after EDay, we call it "Cheers or Tears". We are going to take a little time to enjoy life and then back to work for Tim Kaine.
We are surrounded by idiot Republican state reps and senators, mostly due to the religious nuts out this way. We need to really work our communities and find some solid candidates against these guys.
But I have to admit, the church network out here is unbelievably strong.
As much as the voting fraud contributed to Tuesday's loss, I also agree very much with how the religious vote contributed to it as well. It certainly is a reality for my area.
