R.I.P. the last decent Republican in Washington. |
|
No he's not dead, but God help me it would be easier if he were. :(
I always had a lot of respect for Dan Evans as Governor, as president of the Evergreen State College, even as Senator. I assumed he was keeping a low profile because, like a few other moderate Republicans that used to hold offices in this state, he was sickened by what his state and national party had become.
But I just saw him in a commercial endorsing that insurance lobbyist swine and Bush sucker Mc Gavick. :puke: :puke: :puke:
Truly sickening to see Dan Evans reduced to advertising for shitballs like that :evilfrown:

2. Sad... to see an elder statesman reduce his own "dignitas" |
|
ANyone watching TV up to the election can see the GOP is truly delusional. They will stop at nothing to get their candidates elected and further their agenda.

I used to have respect for him too. I had no idea he was shilling for McGavick. That is disappointing, to say the least. :(
