Intresting the joy stick- as it is,back in 72 commishioned a submarine-.Named after the first one 2nd in tonage sunk in WW11.
Met one of it,s Commandors at commissioning.Drove that boat in emergency one time in an experiment -manual control -direct hydrolic imput.The stick!

It seemed the boat just did whatever I said it should threw the stick, A chief said you are pretty darn good at it.I said your fooling me, this thing is really in automatic !
