4 Police Officers Killed in Lakewood, Pierce County Ambush
This is just sickening.

Four police officers were shot to death in the Lakewood area about 8:15 a.m. by a scruffy looking man who walked into a coffee shop and fired multiple gunshots.

All four were pronounced dead by medics inside Forza Coffee at 11410 Steele Street South, said Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer.

1. Sickening is Right
What is going on here?
So sad for the families, the children...and all of us in Wa., really.
The "person of interest" does have a list of felonies a mile long it appears, and may have been allowed out of jail by Gov. Huckabee of Arkansas during some release program. They are saying he's not a suspect yet.

But, in the true sense of the word, he is.

2. Suspect shot dead
One cop on patrol happened to be in right place at the exact right moment in time, and the suspect met his end. Came down to suspicious circumstances ,a abandoned car left running in south Seattle. Turned up sotlen. Some movement in the bush, the cop called out to the perp. Show youself and show your hands. He would not stop until he was stopped. And the perp was taken down.

And that's what hunting upstairs is all about. Some instinct ,some luck and determination combined with applying a precision method of observation.
A full blown serial killer was on the loose. And he had to be stopped.

You can call it what you will, but hunting upstairs is what it is. And it always has been through out history. When you call a cop you can know there is always a name behind the number.

Good hunting on the part of the law inforcement officer. And a job well done. The Seattle police department.
