Walker's threat of military force is an effort to deny International Human Rights |
|
United Nations Declaration of Human Rights. These read: Article 23
1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment. 2. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work. 3. Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection. 4. Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.<1>
This REALLY cannot be allowed to stand. Negotiating for ALL aspects of compensation is universally accepted. Threatening military force as means of intimidation to impose dictatorial terror against the Human Rights of American citizens is a step that has gone too far.

2. Lets not wait for an NLRB that has denied WI faculty the right to organize |
|
by claiming that faculty at private colleges (Carroll College--now known as Carroll University) are MANAGERS and those not eligible for organizing.
