Thompson will officially announce on Dec. 1

Former governor Tommy Thompson is planning a Dec. 1 kickoff for his U.S. Senate campaign.

Thompson emailed supporters over the weekend to say the announcement will be made at Weldall Manufacturing in Waukesha.

2. He believes two things:
1. Wisconsin is a Republican State because of the Walker victory and his HUGELY SUCCESSFUL GOVERNORSHIP; and
2. He is still Wisconsin's moved belov-ed Governor EVAH!

5. I have not seen that one yet....But his womanizing I did hear about..
When he went to D.C. he took his girlfriend and his wife stayed behind in Wisconsin. That is what I remember the gossip being about....

take him down either. He pretty much lost all cred as a centrist when he wouldn't speak up and defend his high speed rail, or Badgercare. But then the righties don't like him either. On another forum the T-Ps call him a socialist.
