Jack Layton's last letter to Canadians

I always considered him a class act, a politician that defined how politicians can carry themselves differently. I find it humbling to think that he took the time to provide support for others who are suffering from cancer even as he was writing his last letter in the face of his own mortality. I imagine if he had been running as leader for the Conservatives or Liberals he probably would have made it into the PM`s office at some point.
