Trial in Chinese oilsands worker deaths delayed again
A trial stemming from the deaths of two Chinese workers at an Alberta oilsands project has been pushed back another year.

Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Co., SSEC Canada and Canadian Natural Resources face 53 charges under the province's Occupational Health and Safety Act.

The two temporary foreign workers were killed in April 2007 when the oil tank they were working on near Fort McMurray collapsed.
