Basically, Angela Merkel's (Bush Clone) campaign collapsed.

1. That's weird. The debate was about actual issues, not about gay marriage
military records or personality.

Seems like the German political system is a little more practical than ours.

2. Though, Ms. Merkel wanted to repeal Germany's Gay Marriage..
law. The people opposed the move, but she was going to do it anyways.

Looks like it won't happen now.

3. Okay, sounds like Merkel TRIED to derail the debate,
but somehow the people and the media didn't fall for it.

5. gay marriage was NO issue in this election
it was about the economics mostly.
