Anyone around here familiar with Finnish real estate prices?

I know this is a long shot, but I've seen a few Finns post here and I need some help. I will also be calling several Finnish agencies, but I always think of DU as a resource for all manner of info.

So, I'm looking for information on commercial real estate, specifically office space for approximately 5-10 people. Doesn't have to be fancy space.

I'd like to be near Helsinki (I know city-center is probably pretty $$$) or Porvoo (I've been to Porvoo several times and love it).

Also, any info on free-trade zones, etc., would be great.
