Is anyone else here as irritated as I am by the fact that books keep coming out with Robert Ludlum's name on them? He's dead. That means he's no longer writing books. It's deceptive. And annoying. Okay, I realize there are musical groups still around that use the same name as has been used for decades and decades, and the musicians themselves are different. But somehow this seems different. Anyone?

V.C. Andrews keeps turning out books in spite of the fact that she's been dead for several years.
These are NOT books by the same author. It's misleading as hell. I wonder why the publishing world lets this go on.

before his death. I seem to recall there were several books "in the pipeline" with his editors and some which he cowrote that had not been published.
At some point the books will either stop, or start showing two authors.

Eric van Lustbader wrote The Bourne Legacy. Different styles, but I actually preferred Lustbader's.
