Fergie’s husband and “Transformers” star Josh Duhamel was kicked off a plane in New York that was bound for Kentucky after refusing to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff.

TMZ reports, a flight attendant asked Duhamel to shut down his phone three times and he still would not comply.

One of the passengers alleges that Duhamel was "very rude" and "taunting the attendant."

Things apparently got so chaotic that the attendant requested assistance and after the plane returned to the gate two police officers boarded and escorted Josh off of the plane.

Passengers were upset that their flight had been further delayed by the incident and ironically, Duhamel’s rep told TMZ that the reason he was using his BlackBerry was to text about his delayed flight.

"He's sorry," Josh’s rep added.
