An excellent SS Disability Claims Advocacy Firm.
I know the founder of this firm. A good Democrat and Labor leader with a desire to help people. Anyone with a need for a SSI or SSDI representative please give Midwest Social Security Disability Representatives your consideration.

1. Interesting disclaimer hidden 'way down at the bottom -
"Disclaimer: This is not a law firm."

This is a new one on me. Never saw anything like this before.......................

2. Emulating the "enrolled agent" model of non-lawyer
representation in front of IRS. And, I think, non-lawyer representatives at the Patent Office. "We don't need no damn lawyers" Besides aren't all those "trial lawyers" pinko libruls? :sarcasm:

3. Yeah, we are -
Lately, I've noticed that some commercial for a law firm - personal injury firm, I think - looking for clients begins with the announcer stating "I am a non-attorney spokesperson."

Why is that necessary?

Do people call that 800 number and demand to speak to the lawyer they heard on the TV?

If that's the case, be afraid................................

5. In AZ we no longer have "unauthorized practice of law" statutes;
anyone can practice law, at least theoretically, but are held to the same standard as real lawyers. This comes from AZ wingnut legislature hostility to lawyers.

6. Oh, man -
that's unbelievable!

I can't even imagine the damage that can be done because of something that stupid.

Well, no one ever accused the wingnuts of being smart.

Thanks for this. And good luck to you...................................

4. There are a number of companies that do this
generally speaking, they do NOTHING for you that you cannot do better yourself. They can actually slow down the resolution of your case. If you feel you need representation, hire someone LOCAL who handles this sort of case.
