How to "distribute" blog posts to multiple sites....

Now, I know I'm missing something here. I also realize "distribute" probably isn't the correct word. LOL. I'm not really speaking of syndication either.

I'm aware of RSS feeds and how people can receive new blog entries that way.

But, when there are less web savvy people who only visit certain sites, and want to read someone's blog only at those sites, then -- from what I can tell -- one has to manually enter the blog post at each site.

For example, a friend has a very popular blog at a local news website. For the longest time I copied what she posted there each day (she posts daily) to the blogger site I created for her. I fell off the wagon with keeping up with that, and she isn't inclined to post in more than one place, but there are four or five places people have asked her to please her blog. Yet, I can't figure out how to have her initial blog post "feed" into other ones -- not in their entirety. I know there are widgets that enable the recent post titles to be fed into a site, but I need more than that.

I know this is a "duh" question but, boy, I'm feeling awfully "duh" tonight. :)
