Need a good science fiction example. |

Specifically, I'm looking for examples of how another writer handled a Back to the future situation. Only in this case, the individual talks to their younger self. I'm looking for ideas on how to handle that kind of exchange.

August 25, 1983 deals with exactly the situation you're describing. Sort of.
There's also an X-Files episode that deals with this subject, though somewhat darkly. I can't remember the season or the title of the episode, but it also dealt with cryonics and spontaneous human combustion IIRC.
