A couple photos of Ashley at 10 weeks...

Haven't taken any photos recently...these are from this weekend...he's looking like a small cat now as opposed to a kitten. He won't sit still and gets into everything, of course...when I want to keep him occupied I start swinging this rope I have tied to the stove or throw some fake mice down the hallway...I need to clean this weekend because he has hidden about a dozen throughout the place!

2. Thanks...It abruptly ended...she called the clinic where we both volunteer
Telling them she needed their help in getting "her" cat back and they told her it wasn't her cat and to leave me alone.

10. I'm so happy to hear that it all worked out...
wishing Ashley a long, happy and healthy life with you. I'm glad you stuck to your guns with this nut-she had no claim on the cat to begin with.

15. Thanks...and after more people knew about it and who knew the crazy lady...
They said it was very good I kept him...she really doesn't know how to care for cats and keeps collecting them.

23. She sounds like a classic animal hoarder...
you saved Ashley from a very uncertain fate. Animals that are kept by hoarders/collectors often end up having to be euthanized due to not being socialized and are severely neglected. You did a very good thing for Ashley.

24. Yeah, something about the way she was acting to try and get him
got me concerned, and I'm glad that it did! He really is a sweet, affectionate boy and deserves the attention he gets from me, fi not from my other cats!

5. Thanks...and now I'm looking at the second photo and his position
makes him look really fat! He isn't, but he does have a little tummy because he eats and eats and eats!

14. He looks like my Spice
who we adopted from a rescue shelter with his litter mate sister at 3 months. They are now a year old. Spice was the runt of the litter and his mother refused to nurse him. The shelter people bottle fed him. Today is he bigger, and more active, than his sister Sugar. He is a nutcase and goes flying through the air jumping on top of the kitchen cabinets.

Ashley is adorable.
