on 01/01/11. Have to see what it does when "open enrollment" comes around in November again. And, it stinks, IMHO, she needs "referrals" all the time for everything. PITA.

I dumped them last year because 1. The CEO makes an obscene salary and 'benefits'. 2. He/they contribute heavily to repugs.

United Healthcare really sucks. One of my companies used to have United Healthcare, some drs. wouldn't even accept me as a patient United Healthcare was so bad.
