Rep. Matsui of Sacremento and Rep. Lofgren from San Jose for trying to belittle H.R. 503.They are saying they will vote for it, but it's just not important.
And let's not forget Rep. Bob Goodlatte, of Virginia who is worried about money. He even went so far as calling some horses "viscious". We all know why some horses are "viscious".
I'm getting ill. :(
Kudos to John Sweeney, New York for co-sponsoring this bill.
