Has anybody ever had their earth balance go moldy before?

I'm thinking it's got something to do with the fridge shutting off a few times last week during the storm, but I didn't even know it could do that. Maybe was because it's the whipped kind and has water in it?

10. I bought a huge tub from Costco and when I opened it it was aleady moldy

so yes, I have had it do that. :(

I normally stock up up on the normal size tubs when they're on sale and keep all but one in the freezer. The big ones would be a better deal but LK drops them and the plastic cracks.
