Time to vote: 2008's Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity
It was an easy choice for me this year. Won't say who it is yet, so I don't influence one way or another.

1. Hmmm. The one person I figured I'd vote for isn't on the list.
Hrmph.

Oh well, since the whole thing is silly and I'm not really down for objectifying people based on their looks, I figure I'll just vote for Dennis Kucinich even though he has no chance of winning. Kinda like the primary. :P

4. And while I'm at it, where's Elizabeth Kucinich?
She's stunning. And vegan. And at least a little bit famous (and I've never heard of half the people on those lists, so apparently a little bit famous will do.)

5. Shit, love
I'm more "famous" than a number of those blokes.

And yes, I'd have voted for Elizabeth EXCEPT I'd be looking to lure her away from my most absolute political hero: Mr. Dennis Kucinich.

She'd not have me, though. He's much smarter, more committed, more well-spoken, and just...better. Just better.

7. She is.
Dennis is way beyond me. Smart woman, she is.

Funny how I can say that, but he's "unelectable" because of how he looks or how tall he is.

Here's my big "fuck you" to the masses...

Dennis Kucinich is 5' 7"

John McCain is 5' 7"

And Dennis, is and looks much younger than our little Q-Tip Rethuglican friend.

That's right you cocknocking idiots, your "unelectable" just got marginalized. You STUPID fucking morons.

God fucking forbid this is about issues and the future of our country and the world we influence.

God fucking forbid.

End the war? No.

Bring the troops home? No.

Gay marriage? Fuck off.

Abortion? No, Roe v Wade can sod off.

Now, on to bombing Iran, right?

Thanks, idiots.

*rant over*

Sorry.

8. Oh, it's not about looks, it's about marginalizing dangerous ideas.
The people in power (on both sides of the aisle) know they can't beat him on issues, so they have to come up with stupid tangential shit.

Damn, we totally got off topic, didn't we. Way to hijack your own thread, skinny.

9. Can I say again, "You STUPID fucking morons"
that wouldn't have at a Kucinich ticket. All this shouting about impeachment and proper government and peace and equal rights for our gay brothers and sisters, upholding Roe v Wade...

All that shouting, yet...nothing.

See, people don't really WANT change. I'm convinced. I have far too many friends JUST here on DU that have convinced me of that.

Yeah, he's too short. Shame the Republicanshits don't think the same way.

And when change doesn't happen, don't blame me. I voted for Dennis Kucinich.

12. Ingrid called me and begged me to let her put me in the running.
Alas, I'm not a celebrity and it just wouldn't have been fair. Let those folks have some accolades.
