Japanese Millionair eggplant that is, from my garden! I have no experience with the long, slender eggplant, I've only cooked the standard bigass kind.
I have 3 8" eggplants, they're very pretty but what to do with them? Stir fry?

I love the idea of the stir fry with sherry & soy sauce....I think I will add some fresh ginger and cilantro too! I have some rice noodles around here somewhere, and some gardenburger fake ribs, have you tried those?? They're really good!! Something like a McRib, LOL, but better. They go good with asian dishes and keep the carnivore hub happy!
