Having a millionaire for dinner, need advice
Edited on Mon Jul-07-08 12:45 PM by K8-EEE
Japanese Millionair eggplant that is, from my garden! I have no experience with the long, slender eggplant, I've only cooked the standard bigass kind.

I have 3 8" eggplants, they're very pretty but what to do with them? Stir fry?

3. YUM! Lots of great ideas there.....
I love the idea of the stir fry with sherry & soy sauce....I think I will add some fresh ginger and cilantro too! I have some rice noodles around here somewhere, and some gardenburger fake ribs, have you tried those?? They're really good!! Something like a McRib, LOL, but better. They go good with asian dishes and keep the carnivore hub happy!

THANKS FOR THE LINK!

5. I'd shred the zucchini, but just slice the eggplant almost paper thin.
