Cursor lags in Thunderbird. Anyone else have this problem.

I have been having trouble with Mozilla based mail apps since the beginning. They all seem to have the cursor lag problem.

Here's what it looks like:


You can see that the last "L" has the cursor right over it. If I kept typing, it would have been behind the character. Forget about editing as you type. You will never find your correct position.


BTW, I have the newest version, no extensions, and no themes.
