I recently started using Firefox and like it a lot but ran into a major problem (for me) just a few minutes ago - I cannot use the 'option' key to create accents, the tilde, and other foreign language letter/symbols. :(
This will prevent me from using Firefox because I must be able to access foreign language symbols at all times. Anybody know how to remedy this?

1. Has this just started happening? |
|
I mean, were you able to use them earlier?

I just tried for the first time, just before posting this thread. I only installed Firefox a few days ago, maybe a week, and already have it all tricked out with skins and all my bookmarks, but then ran into this brick wall.

3. Well that's certainly odd. |
|
I even Googled around abit, and I couldn't find any mention of anyone experiencing a similar problem.
I don't know what to suggest other than downloading it again, on the off-chance that you got a corrupted file the first time.
Sorry I'm no help, man.

4. But the browser works in every way but this? |
|
How can it be a corrupted file and remain functional in all other aspects? It's not like it is an extension - I looked there and there are no language packages.... WAIT! It is working now... JUST now! Wierd! é è ñ î ü
