insert blank disc "problem"
Ok. I've ripped songs on leopard macbook formatted and burned on a separate device(hard disc zoom 8 track recorder). Obviously that machine took my"blank" audio cd and put my song on it. But when I inserted the cd into thE macbook, the macbook recognized the disc as having an artist/song which was displayed. One time it was artist I did not recognize; another times it was the moody blues? Macbook ripped the songs alright, but I had to change the name and artist to me. I figured the discs, although straight out of the pack , were chinese made or recycled. I shine it on...........WEEK LATER.NOW WHEN I TRY TO BURN A DISC OF THOSE SONG ON ITUNES, AND MACBOOK ASKS ME TO INSERT BLANK DISC. IT KEEPS KICKING THE DISCS OUT, TELLING ME TO INSERT BLANK DISC--BUT MY NEW BLANK DISCS ARE STRAIGHT OUT OF ANOTHER PACKAGE BOUGHT NEW AT ANOTHER STORE. WTF! ANY COMMENTS OR IDEAS WELCOME, BESIDES THE OBVIOUS OF GOING OUT AND SPENDING MONEY ON MORE BLANK CDs

1. Are they Black Memorex CD-Rs?
Other users have the same problem, corrected by using a brand like Verbatim or TDK.
TDKs are my choice gotten from Newegg for 26 bucks including shipping(100 spindle).
