Well yesterday I was less than impressed with the Genious bar
or rather the concierge, but I got my lappie back today

So all and all, good job Mac, and apple care covered it

1. the people at the Apple Store are wonderful, but the idea of a "genius bar"
unless it's tongue in cheek, is a bit off-putting.
