3. They're awfully short of info on their site.

I assume this is only works if you have a WiFi setup at home.

Since I don't have an iPad, I'm not keen to download this. If I want to watch a movie at home, I'm not going to do it on my phone.

6. I've used it for podcasts, and music from my Mac.

I even read some documents streamed from my Mac. A wireless network would be helpful. Bluetooth?

7. I noticed that some media is locked and won't play.

Movies from the App Store seem to be DRM'd to death.

8. Sometimes it won't connect on 3G.

And the picture quality sucks compared to direct download. I guess some don't mind, but I'm an anal home theater freak. I returned my Back To the Future DVD to Universal because they framed 5 minutes wrong.
