3. I've been doing the frozen banana trick to sooth my addiction

I throw two frozen bananas into the vita mix (food processor works too) I add a splash of almond milk, few Pecans and a splash of maple syrup and I have a healthy banana maple pecan "ice cream" It's really yummy.

Sometimes I add peanut butter and agave---but that I find I need to make in larger quanitities so I blend up a larger batch and throw it in the ice cream freezer to get "set"

4. I am not an ice cream lover but this year wow!

Every night is ice cream night. My favorite is Alden's organic ice cream bought at Sprouts I like their blackberry ice cream topped with the Reese peanut butter chocolate hard shell topping. Sounds weird but so delicious. The ice cream is really Oregon ice cream.

Instead of making my own, we go to a local euro style cafe that specializes in gelato and desserts. Really love it when they have blackberry gelato.
