I just made Madhur Jaffrey's Pork Vindaloo with turkey. |

Lordy, that woman's recipes are superb. I used turkey breast and it held up well. This adaptation is fairly close to her recipe: http://www.cooksrecipes.com/international/pork-vindaloo-recipe.html
